Counseling and Advocacy:
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) | 301-687-4234 | caps@frostburg.edu | 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F | Counseling support and assistance to students who have experienced dating violence. CAPS offers individual and group counseling at no cost for current students.  (confidential)
Family Crisis Resource Center (FCRC) | 301-759-9244 (24-hour helpline) | A 24-hour helpline and emergency shelter for victims of relationship violence and sexual assault. They offer advocacy and accompaniment, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention services
Administrative Help:
Title IX Coordinator | Emily Caputo | 301-687-3117 | titleix@frostburg.edu | Available to help students who have experienced relationship violence seek redress and protection through the University’s disciplinary process as well as assist students in obtaining support and assistance such as no contact orders, protection orders, residential modifications, and academic accommodations.
