ONE LOVE VIDEOS
Amore del Bueno: This film follows the story of two high school students as their relationship unfolds. Amor del bueno was created by two student filmmakers from the Latinx community who wanted to raise awareness around relationship abuse and highlight how culture can play a role in our perception of relationships and gender roles. This film covers the learning objectives of boundaries and consent and how to help a friend/self.
Love Labyrinth: This Clio award-winning film gives viewers a taste of what it feels like to be trapped in an unhealthy relationship with no way out. Director Vincent Haycock of Park Pictures used both storyline and aesthetic to showcase how emotional manipulation tactics and gaslighting can make someone second guess themselves and keep them imprisoned in the cycle of abuse. This film covers the learning objectives of navigating breakups and how to help a friend/self.
Behind the Post: Social media can skew our view of the relationships around us and influence our decision to stay in unhealthy ones. This film explores how the 10 Signs of an Unhealthy Relationship can manifest behind the picture-perfect posts we share on social. The Behind the Post campaign was awarded a Silver Lion at the international Cannes Film Festival. This film covers navigating breakups, boundaries and consent, and how to help a friend/self.
Couplets: These short, animated clips are part of a longer series that showcase the difference between healthy and unhealthy behavior in both friendships and dating relationships. Because of their lighthearted humor and simplicity, the Couplets are perfect for teaching younger audiences (middle and high school age) about the foundations of relationships. These films cover healthy behaviors and boundaries and consent.
