Director, Monitoring & Evaluation

One Love is a learning organization that has valued and incorporated data and user voice into its strategic and programmatic decisions since inception.  Two years ago, One Love hired its first Director of Evaluation who built out One Love’s formal evaluation function and has helped the organization to elevate its learning and improvement efforts across areas of our work.  We are positioned now, five years after launching our first programmatic tool, with a clear understanding of our program model and ready to launch a comprehensive evaluation agenda for the years to come.  We recently launched a capacity campaign that includes evaluation as a key priority in the years ahead.

The Director, Monitoring & Evaluation will oversee One Love’s evaluation efforts, helping us to understand and communicate the impact of our educational program on the youth and communities we serve as well as to formatively assess and improve One Love’s tools and approach.  The Director will identify and elevate key themes and trends from their assessment efforts to help inform adaptations to existing and development of new content and curricula.

About One Love

One Love was founded in honor of Yeardley Love, a 22-year-old college student who was killed by her ex-boyfriend. After her death, the family started the One Love Foundation to educate young people about the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships.
