We are looking to hire a seasoned development professional who will work with the Managing Director of Advancement to oversee an Events and Donor Relations strategy for One Love in the major metropolitan areas where we currently hold large and small fundraising and cultivation events to raise awareness and funds to help bring our work to their regions. Based out of New York, he/she will work closely with on-the-ground teams to help execute this work.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, entrepreneurial energy, outstanding personal skills, and will be an outstanding representative of One Love.  The successful candidate will be a creative and organized event planner who also brings donor relationship skills.  The person must have experience not only with event planning and execution but, importantly, donor cultivation and stewardship throughout the full donor cycle, with the goal of expanding our donor base.  Our events are designed to increase revenue and donor loyalty, foster strong brand awareness, open new opportunities, and recruit new supporters of the movement.
