Start with the One Love 101 Courses, which equip you with basics of relationship health education. Then, dive into the workshop course to prepare you to apply the key concepts to the specific workshop you’ll be holding.

We offer three types of tools for facilitating your workshop:

Discussion Guides: Our discussion guides provide a comprehensive set of discussion questions and teaching points along with interactive activities. They tackle every Learning Objective that the workshop touches on – so likely you will cover more than you can address in a single session (that’s ok! You can pick and choose).

Grab & Go Lesson Plans: These lesson plans minimize your prep time. Each plan focuses on a few key learning objectives and is packed with interactive and engaging activities.

Custom Lesson Plans: Create your own lesson plan, filled with the activities and questions that are perfectly tailored to your workshop participants. The Resource Library is also full of supplemental tools and activities you can incorporate to boost your plan!
