General

Where can I find help if I am worried for someone’s safety?
Our Get Help page connects you with trusted national and local resources, hotlines, and organizations that can help in moments of crisis. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911.
I want to get more involved, what should I do?
The easiest way to get involved is by creating an account on the Education Center and bringing this education back to your community. If that is not the right path for you, we recommend that you check out the Relationships page on our site to learn more about this topic or look at the Donate & Support to see how you can directly contribute to this life-saving work.
How do I donate?
Our Donate & Support page offers many options for donations, including online, by mail, ACH/wire transfer, stock donations, and more. For giving instructions or more assistance, please email [email protected]. Thank you for considering One Love.
How do I Fundraise for One Love?
Thank you for your interest in supporting One Love! There are two simple ways to fundraise on our behalf:

Option 1: Start a GoFundMe Fundraiser (recommended) You can create a fundraiser through GoFundMe that directs donations directly to One Love. This allows you to:
  • Keep funds separate from personal accounts
  • Track your progress publicly
  • Allow individual donors to receive automatic tax receipts
To get started:
  1. Visit our GoFundMe organization page
  2. Click Start a Fundraiser
  3. Create a GoFundMeAccount (if you don't already have one)
  4. Set your fundraising goal
  5. Customize your page with:
    • a photo
    • a short note about why One Love matters to you
    • a link to share with your network
Option 2: Collect Funds and Send a Lump Sum You may collect donations directly (for example, through Venmo) and then send One Love a single check or Venmo payment for the total amount raised. This option works well for small, community-based efforts or informal fundraisers. Please note:
  • Individual donors with not receive tax receipts from One Love in this case.
  • Only the person who sends the final lump-sum donation would receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes.
For more ideas on how to structure your event and additional guidance, check out our Fundraise page. If you have questions or would like support planning your fundraiser, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We're happy to help!

Education Center

How do I bring One Love’s Education to my community?
One Love utilizes a train-the-trainer approach, providing you with emotionally compelling, film-based workshops to educate your community. Get started by creating an account on the One Love Education Center, selecting the workshop(s) you want to facilitate, take our asynchronous trainings, grab our accompanying discussion guides, powerpoints and get these conversations started. It’s that easy!
How do I know which workshop is best for me to use?
One Love has 14 different film-based workshops spanning grades 4 through college. Each workshop has unique themes and is appropriate for different audiences. To decide, head to the Discover page of the Education Center where you can filter by Grade Level or Learning Objective. Watch the trailers to get a better sense of whether the workshop will resonate with your audience.
Do I need to be an expert to facilitate a workshop?
No! At One Love we believe that anyone can facilitate these workshops. Whether you are a teacher, student, coach, community educator, mentor, or in another position to engage young people in these critical conversations – no prior experience is needed. Our asynchronous trainings, discussion guides, lesson plans and powerpoints will provide you with the comfort and confidence to facilitate a One Love workshop.
Can I download the videos onto my computer?
Unfortunately, we do not provide downloadable versions of our films. Keeping them on our Education Center and understanding of how and when they are being used is critical data for us to keep our resources free of cost. If you are in a situation without internet access, we recommend our non-film based resources which can be found in the Resource LibraryYou can find a variety of materials and activities under “Workshop Materials” and then “Workshop Activities,” as well as under “10 Signs Discussions.” We suggest starting with the 10 Signs Discussion Guide.
What is covered in a One Love workshop?
One Love’s workshops are focused on ensuring that participants can engage in healthy relationship behaviors and act safely when they see unhealthy behaviors. To achieve this, our workshops focus on 7 key learning objectivesThese interactive, film-based workshops align with Social and Emotional Learning competencies. Additionally, all One Love resources highlight the 10 signs of a healthy and unhealthy relationship, our core language for talking about relationships!
I’ve gotten trained, how do I access the materials for my workshop?
Once you are trained and ready to facilitate your workshop, select the Access Film & Start Workshop button in the top right of the navigation bar. A pop-up will come up with a few questions about your workshop and when submitted take you to the workshop page with the film, discussion guide, powerpoint and other materials.

If you want to test things ahead of time to feel prepared, you can select "Reviewing Materials" from the "I am currently…" dropdown after opening the "Access Film & Start Workshop" button.

Check out a video tutorial here.
How can I change my email on my account?
Email us at [email protected] and request the change. We currently do not support users changing this on their own.

Programming

Will One Love come to my school or community and facilitate workshops?
One Love staff do not facilitate or travel for workshops or events. Our train-the-trainer model empowers you to lead these conversations within your community. Set up a call with our partner success team or get trained on our Education Center to get started.
Do you have resources for Parents & Caregivers?
One Love has a guide specifically for Parents & Caregivers. This interactive resource will help guide you in how to lay the groundwork with your child, start the conversation, even if it’s awkward and uncomfortable, and keep the conversation going as you build healthy channels of communication. Click here to download the Guide and get started today.

Youth Programming & Community Involvement

I am interested in becoming a student leader, how do I get involved?
At One Love, you can join our Youth Leadership program, where students from across the country join together to share One Love’s message throughout their school and community. As part of this program, you will focus on 3 core areas – educating your community about the differences between healthy and unhealthy relationships, raising awareness on the importance of this issue, and fundraising for One Love to help us bring these critical conversations to more students. Sign-Up Here!

Many Youth Leaders start a Team One Love Club at their school. This is a great way to get others more involved and creating a lasting impact, eventually handing your club to the next generation of leaders.
